The Whitehall 1 community office handles day-to-day questions from residents and prospective owners — assessments and dues, amenity reservations, building access, maintenance requests, and visitor parking. The form below routes directly to the office; please include your unit number if you’re a current owner so we can follow up faster.
What to Include
- For prospective buyers: which unit you’re looking at, your expected closing window, and any specific questions about the building, association, or amenities.
- For current owners and tenants: your unit number, the nature of the issue (maintenance, billing, amenity, common area), and the best way to reach you back.
- For vendors and service providers: a brief description of what you offer and a point of contact at your company. Established vendor relationships go through the property manager rather than the unsolicited inbox, but we read every introduction.
Response Times
Most inquiries get a reply within one business day. Maintenance requests are routed to the on-site team and typically receive an acknowledgement the same business day, with scheduling within 48 hours depending on the nature of the work and parts availability.
Visiting the Property
Whitehall 1 at Pine Island Ridge is on the west side of Davie, Florida, just off Pine Island Road. Prospective residents who’d like a tour can request one through the form; we’ll coordinate a time when a unit is available to show.
